SD-EMI-400

Southdrill NDT  offers a full line of EMI casing inspection systems — for all standard OCTG diameters from 2-3/8″ up through 13-3/8″. A complete system detects longitudinal, transverse, and wall variation anomalies.  

SD-Blaster 

High-pressure, water-blast cleaning system to remove rust, scale, oil based muds, drilling cement from tubulars up to 13 3/8" O.D. The SD-Blaster comes standard as a two-pass system, whereas it cleans the O.D. then I.D. in sequence.

PD-EMI-200 multi-function EMI system for inspecting drill pipe and tubing. Transverse flaw detection and solid state (Hall effect) wall monitoring functions are standard. It's lightweight, compact and extremely portable design allows the PD-EMI-200 to be operated at the rig site or in a pipe yard.

Ultrasonic (UT) End Area Inspection System Console is an ultrasonic (UT) inspection system designed to inspect the end areas of drill pipe. A hand held sensor array and an automatic scanning assembly are available.

A truly state-of-the-art pipe cleaning system designed for drill pipe, tubing, and casing. It has been engineered based on decades’ worth of knowledge and first-hand experience.  All units boast dual cleaning heads, ID and OD cleaning capabilities, a heavy-duty conveyor system, and a size range of 2-3/8″ thru 20″. As an added bonus, all connections have quick disconnects for fast assembly and break down.

SD-UTS-GO

It is a portable UT equipment. of the latest generation that allows the detection of defects or cracks and their dimensioning. Based in the EchoMax technique that combines information of several A-scans depending on the PRF value, showing it in one.
